Subject: Product Change Notification (PCN)

Affected Model: BO12864E2, BO12864B2, BO12864H, BO12864I, BO12864K, BO12864E & BO12864E1 Series Graphic COG LCD

Reason for Change: Original manufacture of IC (Sitronix ) has announced EOL for ST7522, ST7527, ST7536, ST7507, ST7508S, ST7565S, ST7565V, ST7583 and it will reduce supply for ST7565P in the near future.

Suppliers Suggestion: Supplier has suggested replacing these ICs with ST7567 Series.

Bolymin Recommendation: If you have been using this series, please contact your Bolymin sales representative and plan your inventory. We are working with IC supplier to minimize any impact on our current customers.

Current stock at Bolymin will be allocated to customer on first come, first serve basis.

Also, new samples with IC ST7567 will be available starting March, 2022.

Please note: With new IC ST7567, customer do not need to change hardware but software contrast might need to be adjusted, other electrical characteristics remains same.
