PRODUCT NEWS UL1602AU

UL1602AU is a 16 Character x 2 lines OLED display module. This 16x2 OLED display is built-in with 

HD44780/ST70666U IC; it supports 4/8-bit 6800 seriesparallel interface(STD) and I2C,

the supply voltage for logic is 5V (VDD). The current with 50% display is 2mA , 1/16 driving 

duty. UL1602AU OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃to +80℃; 

its storage temperatures range from -40℃to +85℃.

Customers can use this low-power 16x2 character OLED to upgrade the existing STN 

character display.Below are the advantages of this OLED display.
